Build your childs positive mental atitude, self-confidence, determination and character with our Youth Training Programs that are both fun and rewarding for children ages 5 and up!
This is a great discipline for your child and/or children to learn. It teaches great core values. This is where our youth program started and it is the most available in the gym, with 2 different evening classes.
Youth Jiu Jitsu will allow your child to learn quickly. These classes are on Mondays and Wednesdays. We are proud to say we have produced more champs in 2014-2016 than anyone in the Des Moines area.
Youth Boxing – Coach Charles Heller -
Boxing is a great way to learn a discipline in traditional stand up and is also a great way for our youth to stay in shape. We will teach your child the basic fundamentals of striking, blocking, and footwork. Boxing classes are on Sundays. Coach Charles is a certified Boxing Coach.
Kickboxing – Coach Charles Heller -
This is our newest youth program but we have come out with a bang! We have already started competing in kickboxing for our youth around Iowa. We are also very proud to say we have no losses to date in this sport. This class is on Saturdays. Coach Charkes is a WAKO Kickboxing Certified Coach.
Youth Wrestling – Coach Mich "MiniVan" VanMeer
All Youth classes are between an hour to an hour and a half.

Mixed Martial Arts Class – Coaches: Charles Heller & Chris Mickle
We have earned our reputation locally for MMA the last year. We have created several champs. Moving forward we have big goals! We are a very tight knit team that is more of a family. We all leave our egos at the door, work hard and push each other. We primarily focus on boxing, wrestling, muay thai, and jiu jitsu. You don’t have to be a fighter to do this class, just be willing to train like one!
Private Training – Coach: Charles Heller
This can be for anyone. If you would like to lose weight, learn a discipline, or just maintain your physical appearance, this is for you. For disciplines we primarily focus on Boxing, Wrestling, Muay Thai, and Jiu Jitsu. With our experience and countless drills we can fit anyones needs. Available for private one on one training as well as small and medium groups.
